While working in my previous career in Silicon Valley, I volunteered a half day each week in the classroom while my two daughters attended public elementary school in San Francisco. I also served on the School Site Council. I enjoyed being in the classroom so much I decided to become a teacher!

This is my eleventh year teaching 4th-6th grades at public schools in Daly City and San Francisco. This is my first full year teaching at FDR, however, I am not new to FDR. Nine years ago, I taught at FDR as a long-term substitute for six months, including three months teaching sixth grade Language Arts and Social Studies. I greatly enjoyed teaching at FDR and am glad to be returning!
