Device Access at Home

If you own an iPad, Chromebook, PC, or laptop that your child can use for school, that is wonderful and we ask that you provide for your child. If you need to borrow a device from JFK, we have the inventory to assist you. Please contact the school or your child's teacher to request a device.

Request a Hotspot

1. Fill out this Hotspot Request Form .

2. Once it's ready, someone from the school will notify you that it's ready for pick-up at JFK.

If your child is having technical issues, there are two ways to contact the JESD Tech Department:

1. Send an email to techhelp@jeffersonesd.org

2. Call 650.746.2468. If you are unable to reach someone by phone, please leave a voicemail.
