Staff who meet eligibility criteria are placed on a priority list and may move-in when space is available. 

Initially, all eligible staff will be placed in a lottery per bedroom size for available units. After all units have been housed, as units become available, eligible staff members on the waitlist will be contacted by Boulevard Residential in their order of eligibility.

Yes, there will be a limit to the number of years staff may live in the JESD Education Housing units. The number of years will be determined by the Education Housing Corporation, a non-profit organization that will oversee the management of the property. This could be anywhere between 5-7 year limits.

Construction is completed! We are just waiting on a certificate of occupancy to gain use of the Community Center.

There will be an onsite manager who will be supported by the property management organization, Boulevard Residential.

House trained pets may be allowed. This will be determined by breed in according to insurance coverage and additional deposit.

Rent pays- common area utilities, parking spot (min. of 1 assigned)

Tenant pays- Electricity, water , sewer, trash, wifi, phone (no land lines, voice over internet protocol) 

Yes, there will be a shared washer and dryer in the community room (self pay).
