All dance majors must PRINT, READ, SIGN and RETURN the following forms on the first day of school. 

• Handbook Acknowledgment Form and Dance Ensemble Contract 

• Producer's Membership

• Dance Performance Etiquette 

• Dance Class Etiquette 

• Dance Department Student Handbook

• Freshman After School Pointe Class (Required for all freshman)

• Freshman Contract
