The Salvation Army Angel Tree program exists to share joy by providing low income families with children ages 0-12 with Christmas gifts and meal assistance.
It is open to Jefferson, Oldham, Bullitt & Spencer county residents only.

Pick Up your Appointment Letter
Go to The Salvation Army to pick up a personal appointment letter.

Applications for 2020 Christmas Angel Tree Program are completed by appointment only.
Please do not arrive early OR bring children OR guest to your appointment.
The items below are what you must bring to the REGISTRATION APPOINTMENT:

Photo ID
Birth Certificate for each child: You must be parent or legal guardian
Proof of child’s residence: report card; school enrollment; or WIC Paperwork
Plus,
One item from each category below:
Proof of Residence Proof of Income
Utilities: gas, electric, water bill (within last two months) * Current Paycheck stubs (within last two months)
Rent/Lease agreement * Unemployment benefits
Insurance payment * SSI paperwork
Cable/Internet bill * SNAP letter

Families seeking help from The Salvation Army are not eligible for Christmas assistance from another agency.
