Parent Teacher Conferences will be held on Monday, February 21 from 08:00 to 03:00.
In an attempt to create a flexible environment for our community, we will have three conference options available: (1) in person (2) phone and (3) video conferencing.

01. Fill out the scheduler form (click the button above).
02. If you chose the in person option, please be in the building and at the teacher's room by the scheduled time (here is a list of teacher room numbers).
03. If you chose to have your conference by phone, be available at the scheduled time and wait for the teacher to call you.
04. If you chose to have a video conference, find the teacher's name below and click on their zoom button to get into the meeting. You might have to wait a few minutes if someone else is already in their meeting.
IMPORTANT

If you've chosen the video option, you will need a device with access to Zoom.
You'll want to make sure you have the app downloaded in advance on your phone, Chromebook, or computer.
You won't be able to use a jcps device to access Zoom.
