What happens now?
Once we return to face-to-face instruction, we plan on teaching our 5th grade classmates about how to program the Sphero BOLTs. Our bigger goal is to go into all of the classrooms and teach simple codes to all of our classes, kindergarten through 4th grade!
We have also teamed up with our ECE Implementation Coach, Mrs. Todd. Students have a Social Emotional needs will get to come to the Digital Learning Lab and spend time programming the BOLTs. This will give them time and space away from what is causing them to be emotional. We hope that this activity will be a calming experience for them.
We can wait to get back to school and share what we have learned!
