In-School Therapy Services
School counselors provide services to students that center around academics and success within school. Some children need additional support for mental health, which is why we are very happy to have a Mental Health Practicioner (MHP) present at our school. Our MHP can help your child and your family work through several issues concerning mental health and direct you to services outside of school as well.
In addition to MHP support, we also have therapy service centers, like Seven Counties and Martin and Miur Counseling, that are currently assisting our students and their families. These companies can host therapy services within school to make access easier for your family, and also have community centers for easy access outside of school hours. In the event that your child needs therapy services, please reach out to the school and ask for the Mental Health Practicioner (MHP) to discuss a referral.
Is your child already seeing a therapist outside of school? Contact us to speak about effective support for your child within school, including how we can partner with your family and therapist to ensure your child's success.
