3rd Annual ROAR Fundraiser
We are wrapping up the first week of the 3rd Annual ROAR Fundraiser, and we're off to a great start. We'd like to finish the first week strong. Currently, we've raised $3,205 of our $15,000 goal. Can you help us get to $5,000 for the first week? ALL DONATIONS ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE.
The Meyzeek PTSA is a vital support arm for ensuring Meyzeek can continue to offer the multitude of extracurricular activities to enrich our student's lives, as well as support the school in continuing to be an outstanding middle school. Last year, we put over $30,000 to work in that mission by supporting things like: clubs (chess, lego); academic teams (math counts, spelling bee); sports teams (girls and boys basketball); the arts (Beetlejuice production); and the school itself (a new state-of-the-art camera for the communications program and WMZK). We also showed our teachers love with appreciation events and created lasting memories for our students through the yearbook, a fall festival, two school dances, and skating parties. Meyzeek can only continue to be the vibrant school community it is with your support.
And if that isn't enough, students earn rewards for raising funds. Individual rewards include entries in a raffle to win an XBox or PS5; spirit wear; and an ice cream social. Plus, the top five fundraisers in each grade will get to run in the annual T.REX Race wearing inflatable T.Rex costumes! Advisory rewards include a donut breakfast. Team rewards include recess and a pizza lunch.
Please give what you can, ask your friends and family to support your student's school as well, and don't forget to see if your employer does matching! We take donations in three easy ways:
