Feel free to complete the School Counseling Student Referral Form and submit a copy to the school counselor by emailing it to me at clarence.jackson@jefferson.kyschools.us or by dropping off a completed copy in the office of the school your child attends. Please note that privacy cannot be guaranteed in electronic communication.
