If your Chromebook won't hold a charge follow the steps below. If the issue continues submit a tech ticket below.

Step 1: Insure that your plug is securely inserted into the computer port

Step 2: Insure the wall outlet is properly working

If it still doesn't charge:

Step 1: Unplug your charger from the wall and your Chromebook

Step 2: Plug your charger back into your Chromebook, then the wall

Step 3: Charge the device for at least 30 minutes

Last resort: Reset your Chromebook hardware

Step 1: Turn off your Chromebook

Step 2: Press and Hold the Refresh button (first) ⟳  + Power button

Step 3: When your Chromebook starts up, release Refresh
