We are excited to invite you to our Annual PTSA Thanksgiving Parent-Student Luncheon! This year, we have planned a two-day celebration for families to enjoy a special meal with their children, scheduled as follows:

Tuesday, November 18th – Lunch for Elementary 

Thursday, November 20th – Lunch  for Middle and High School 

See Below – The Actual Time your student’s class will attend lunch.

We have changed our process in hope to make things move more quickly and smoother.  

Event Details:

Cost: $10.00 per person (includes Thanksgiving lunch by Brown School Cafeteria, one dessert, and a drink choice of lemonade, tea or water.) Additional Desserts may be purchased for an extra $2.00.  There is no cost for your student to eat lunch as all students get free lunch at Brown School.

How to purchase tickets:

• Purchase tickets in advance on our site under events

• Purchase tickets the day of the lunch (Not Recommended)

We highly suggest that you purchase in advance to get you and your group thru check-in and security quickly.  

In order to attend you must either be the Legal Gardian or Authorized Individual in the student's records or be with that person.  If you want to attend with a child and are not on thier records - then the legal gardian will need to present a note to the school the day before the lunch approving that you may attend.

Elemenary Lunch - Tuesday, November 18th:

Kindergarten 11:00 am - 11:30 am

1st Grade 11:10 am - 11:40 am

2nd Grade 11:20 am - 11:50 am

5th Grade 11:30 am - 12:00 pm

4th Grade 11:40 am - 12:10 pm

3rd Grade 11:50 am - 12:20 pm

Middle & High School Lunch Schedule - Thursday, November 20th

High School 12:05-12:25

8th Grade 12:35-12:55

7th Grade 12:40-1:00

6th Grade 12:45-1:05

We need volunteers  - 10 each day to make this a smooth event.  We can't do this event if we don't have parents helping us!

We also have a few baskets that didn't get raffled off at the fall festival.  So we will be doing that at the same time.  The are just a $1.00 a chance.
