Senior Expectations & Extra Events
(Please see the student handbook for additional expectations)
As we prepare for a successful 25-26 senior year, please be sure to adhere to the following expectations to ensure your success to graduation and participation in all activities and extra events:
Graduation Completion
Pass all courses, including all credit recovery courses
You must adhere to the RAIDER WAY Expectations
You must wear your student ID at all times
You must take all REQUIRED assessments (Civics Test, ACT, ACCESS, CERT, KYOTE, Industry Certs, End of Program, ThinkCerca)
Be present and accountable in Senior W.I.N. block
Remain aware of all assessments and graduation requirements
Request assistance from your counselor as needed regarding scholarship applications, job applications, college search support, FAFSA assistance, and any other support needed
Check your grades and school / personal email consistently throughout the year
Pay Senior Class Dues - $45
Activity and Extra Event Participation (Dances, Homecoming Court, Pep Rally, Prom, Senior Week)
You must adhere to all school and district policies outlined in the student handbook and Student Support and Behavior Intervention Handbook.
You must be passing all courses.
If you have credit recovery class(es), you MUST have ALL courses completed and passed by THURSDAY, APRIL 2, 2026, the last day of the 5th term.
You must not have more than 12 cumulative unexcused absences to class or school. This includes tardiness and non-attendance to class (cutting class).
If you must be absent for any reason, bring a parent or doctor’s note to the attendance clerk to account for an excused absence.
You must not have more than 12 cumulative unexcused tardies to class.
You must not have more than 4 referrals for offenses other than tardies (2 per semester)
Suspension for any reason is not permitted ( Dr. Taul is the only person able to override this decision)
