What is an ILP?  

The Individual Learning Plan (ILP) is a tool to help you learn about yourself and your future. Students will identify your interests, explore careers, and learn about career clusters.  Students will review and revise their ILP each year in grades 6 - 12 as a Kentucky graduation requirement.
