Step 1: Forms

All families are required to complete this form.  It is used to determine free and reduced lunches, fee waivers, and Title I funding for the school.  Even if you don't believe you will qualify, it is important to fill this out for the school.

JCPS has created a new space called Parent Place for guardians to access and complete all beginning of the year forms.  This includes student information, residency, and other pertinent forms.  Click above to access the new Parent Place.

Step 2: Fees-NO FEES BEING COLLECTED AT THIS TIME. FEES WILL BE ASSESSED IN LATE AUGUST.

Step 3: Optional Items

Complete this form to request a locker for the 23-24 school year.  

Complete this form to register your vehicle and receive a parking permit for the 23-24 school year.  All vehicles must be registered each year and receive an updated permit in order to park on campus.  Violators are subject to school discipline and may be towed at owners expense.  Students will receive their parking permit from the AP office during the first week of school.  Parking passes are $10 and will be applied to their EZ Pay account following the issuance of their pass.

We encourage all students to engage in the school community.  This form is to contact the coach/sponsor of a team or organization that you might be interested in participating in this school year.  Mr. Johnson, our athletic director, will pass your information on to the coach or sponsor to provide you with more information about getting involved.

To view your schedule, you will need to have an active Parent/Student portal account.  If you have an existing account, follow the prompt to log-in.  If you do not yet have an account or need help accessing your account, follow the prompts to set up your account. 

 Note: You will also need to activate this feature in order to pay fees online.

Step 4: Senior Only Items

SENIORS ONLY!

This form can be filled out by a student or guardian requesting that an exam is ordered for the student for the Fall Senior Retake administration of the ACT exam.  

SENIORS ONLY!

All students must have a guardian fill out this form before they will be scheduled for an ACT retake.  "Yes" on this form means a student can send scores to colleges/universities; "No" on this form means students cannot send this score to colleges/universities. 

SENIORS ONLY!

In order for seniors to participate in some of the senior activities, a parent/guardian must first complete the permission slip.
