Process Statement

My inspiration for this project was anime and Japanese culture. I like Japan a lot and spend some time learning about it everyday. This is an original character that I created out of my imagination.

This is my FIRST EVER anime piece I have ever tried to make. I think this was a pretty good try, especially on chromebook. The drawing app I used was Sketchpad IO. This website has many tools to use like options to resize our drawings, different drawing materials, and even options to shade the color. I used every one of the tools, because they helped make my drawing flow better. I used the trackpad on my Chromebook for every part of the drawing, so always had to go over the art and fix it. This gave me new ideas every time, so I kept adding more. Finally, I decided to add a background and initials to the digital illustration.
