Q: I am having trouble connecting my iPad to data or Wi-Fi.

A: Settings > Wi-Fi > Toggle On (green) for Wi-Fi or Off (grey) for Cellular Data

Q: My iPad won't load apps or websites.

A1: Make sure your operating system is up to date, Go to Settings > General > Software Update

  • If there is a new update available, make sure your iPad is at least 50% charged before you download and install.

A2: If your software is up to date and the issue persists, restart.

  • Restart Apps: Double click home button > swipe up on apps to close > return to homepage and reopen

  • Hard Restart iPad: Hold power button and home button at the same time

A3: If you are still having problems, Go to Settings > General > Reset > Choose Reset All Settings

  • Reset All Settings: All settings—including network settings, the keyboard dictionary, the Home Screen layout, location settings, privacy settings, and Apple Pay cards—are removed or reset to their defaults. No data or media are deleted.

Q: How do I charge my iPad?

A: Make sure you are using the Apple Certified charger that you received with your iPad. These chargers supply twice as much power at a faster rate and prevent your iPad from overcharging and damaging the battery. If you are having trouble charging, check the charging port for any dust.
