Presented at the Deeper Learning Symposium in 2018 with colleagues on EL Education curriculum. 

Design and implement professional development around the Simple View of Reading and Scarborough's Rope.

Utilized funds from the Access and Opportunity Equity Grant to purchase required tradebooks for EL Education. 

Led staff in training on EL Education modules and Kentucky Academic Standards. 

Developed a three-year Literacy Plan for Chaney around supporting the implementation of EL Education.  

Coached teachers to support students with EL Education for 5 years.  

Developed an instructional framework for K-2 and 3-5 grade levels to support teacher and student actions to increase student achievement. 

Piloted UFLI Literacy with tier 2 intervention group.

Completed  LETRS training for Administrators and LETSR training for Educators.

Action Research Project for Educational Specialist in School Leadership and Administration

De-implemented guided reading , Phonics Dance, and use of Benchmark Assessment System. 

Provided teachers with guidance during all-day PLCs to give extended time to collaborate, identify priority standards, and plan for the upcoming grading period. 

Developed a template for teachers to develop standards-based connections for lessons and activities. 

Teachers were given a standards checklist they referred to throughout nine weeks of instruction for planning. 

Every classroom had a data hub to record benchmark assessments and common formative and summative assessments. 

Organized an EdCamp for teachers to showcase their strengths and get to know their staff members
