Talk to trusted people about how you’re feeling or write about your feelings.
Spend time doing activities that you enjoy, or try a new activity.
Read, play an instrument, paint, draw, do a craft, listen to music, reorganize your room, etc.
Find ways to relax.
Deep breaths, stretch, practice yoga, take a walk, meditate, listen to music.
Take breaks from the news and media.
Focus on the positive.
Take time each day to notice what is going well.
Identify reasons to be grateful.
Be hopeful that things will get better!
