About Mr. Carson:

• I am a devout Christian and member of Highview Baptist Church in Louisville, Kentucky.

• I was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky.

• I have been married since March 2019 to my beautiful wife, Shelbie.

• I am currently in my seventh year of teaching. I have taught at Conway every year. I taught 8th grade English Language Arts (ELA) my first year and have taught 7th grade ELA ever since.

• My wife and I have a dog (an Australian Shepherd) named Hazel.

• I graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with my Bachelor's Degree in Middle Grades Education in 2014.

• I graduated from the University of the Cumberlands with my Master's Degree in School Guidance Counseling in 2019.

• I was a die hard Kentucky Wildcats fan from the day I was born, and I will be until the day I die...GO BIG BLUE!!!!!

• Some of my hobbies include reading the Bible, watching and playing sports of all kinds, camping, fishing, and hanging out with family and friends.
