About Rhiannon Wenning
Hello! I am a veteran educator here at Jefferson, having taught Social Studies for 20 years. Jefferson is my home and my heart. I am a graduate of Jefferson and grew up in Edgewater. Additionally, I am the JCEA Secretary, a member of the JCEA Board of Directors, and the CEA Board of Directors. I am an anti-racist teacher who works to dismantle racist systems and institutions. Every day, I fight for the schools my students deserve and for the community in which I have had the privilege of being a part of since I was three years old.
