Welcome to First Grade!
My name is Justine Weigand, I am so excited to get to know you and your child this year! I have my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education and have been at Warder for 5 years now. I am thrilled to be back for another year in first grade! Watching how your children learn and being witness to their growth is what inspires me as a teacher. I cannot wait to take on a year of growth, challenges, laughs, and fun with your children.
A little bit about myself. I am a true Colorado native and have lived in Arvada my whole life. I enjoy anything outdoors- running, hiking, fishing, you name it! I am very close with my family and friends. My brother David (left) served for the United States Coast Guard and is my biggest inspiration in life. My parents (right) are also pretty incredible! I like to play soccer and go out to different restaurants in my free time. I am a workaholic and work at Rib City on the weekends as well! (Feel free to say hi!)
