STEM- First Grade started in the stem lab. We started with shapes and names, and will move onto a project for our human body unit.
Math- We just got done with our adding and subtracting within 10 and interpreting and representing data. Moving into WORD PROBLEMS with unknowns and adding/subtracting within 20!

OG- First graders are using their tapping hands and CUPS to help them write words and sentences. We are finishing bonus letters and moving into the rest of the scope and sequence of OG. Keep looking at your students green folder for upcoming concepts that we are working on!

CKLA- We are on our CKLA knowledge about the human body. We learn about the human body systems. Your student will also do some informational writing during this unit learning TOPIC STATEMENTS, DETAILS and CLOSURE.
