Welcome to PE!

In PE I focus on teaching my students how to live a healthy and physically active life. In doing so I cover topics such as the components of fitness, the FITT formula, heart rate, pedometers, nutrition, muscles, safety, character, movement skills and a variety of physical and sport skills. I create a safe learning environment and hold students to high standards as they participate in my class. Students are expected to always give their best effort and try even if it’s not something they like. I always want them to show good sportsmanship, care for each other, and continue to grow as responsible respectful individuals.

  • Wear athletic shoe on PE Day (non marking)
  • NO FLIP FLOPS/SANDALS
  • Dress for weather
  • No water bottles (unless advised)
  • Eat healthy and get lots of sleep!
