Auditions

• Aug 22nd - Audition Prep Workshop 

• Wednesday, Sept 10th + Thursday, Sept 11th - Auditions, Slots from 3:00-7:00

• Friday, Sept 12th - Callbacks 4-6:00

• Tuesday, Sept 16th - Cast and Show Reveal 4-6:00

• Thursday, Sept 18th - Parent Meeting 6-6:45

Rehearsals start on Tuesday, Sept 23rd and will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00pm-7:00pm. The 2025 Production fee is $425.

• Monologue: Prepare a monologue. You can choose from the provided options below or pick your own (difficulty levels noted).

• Musical Solo: Prepare a sung solo from any musical. Please do NOT choose something from last years show, Beauty and the Beast. Please know the song title and show your song is from. We can play a backing track from youtube if you'd like.

• Group Song & Dance: Everyone will perform a group song "Friend Like Me" from Aladdin with choreography (Singing the song while you dance with ~5 others).

• • • Please wear a black shirt for your audition session. 

    • Your audition will start in the art room where you and your adult(s) will take your headshot and sign forms, then you will come to the library with ~5 other actors to perform your individual song, monologue, and the group dance.

    • An adult will need to sign waivers in the art room during your scheduled time. This will be required to accommodate photo and video during the audition process. 

    • To ensure a smooth process, please arrive promptly for your designated 45-minute slot. We'll do our best to stick to the schedule. Thank you!

    • Callbacks will be that same week on Friday from 4-6:00. Some actors from auditions will be called back, but not all. It is not a good or bad thing if you get called back, just another chance for us to see your talent in different ways!
