Dear Parents/Guardians,

Welcome to the 2022- 2023 school year.

Class overview

This year you will use geographic and social studies based skills and tools to understand the Western Hemisphere. Using geographic tools and the five themes of geography, we will try our best to understand how society in the western hemisphere has developed over time. We will study ancient history, cultures, economics, human and environment interaction and government structures and the movement of people and ideas.

My lessons and assignments will be posted on Google Classroom.

If you or your student needs to get in touch with me please use my Gmail account (mhack@jeffcoschools.us) or my Jeffco account at mhack@jeffco.k12.co.us. I will be checking my email frequently between 7:30 am -3:00 pm. Students will be also able to use Google Chat to answer questions or help on assignments during the day.
