2025 Sports Physical & Registration Information
Registration is now open! Please use our new online sports registration platform.
Here’s what you need to know to get your student-athlete ready:
All athletes must register online and have a current CHSAA physical on file before the first official day of tryouts or practice — no exceptions.
Physicals are valid for 365 days, so please confirm your student’s physical will remain current through the full season.
The CHSAA Medical Eligibility Form is the only accepted physical form — all others will be declined.
Need to schedule a physical? Advanced Urgent Care offers fast, convenient appointments and generously donates back to our athletic programs!

FLOOR ROUTINES/MUSIC
Due to copyright laws, individual gymnasts must purchase their own floor music with the license that allows them to play it in a “performance.” Turn in receipt into me (alicia.willis@jeffco.k12.co.us) - these must be uploaded to the National Federation of State High School Associations.
Some places where you can get floor music from legally: NOT ITUNES
Floor Express, Energym, Jump Twist, Floor Tracks, Tune Gym
If you have your music and are ready to send me the receipt, please do so at any time!
MEET SCHEDULE
Here is a link to the meet schedule! It is early, so it may change slightly, but our first meet is Wednesday, August 27th at Columbine High School.
SPIRIT PACKS
We will also be doing a spirit pack near the beginning of season which will cost no more than $100. I will provide more information about that as we get closer to season.
