Caleb joined our coaching staff in 2019, bringing a wealth of competitive experience and technical discipline to the room. A standout at the Colorado School of Mines (NCAA Division II), Caleb competed at 133 lbs. He was recognized as both Freshman of the Year and a recipient of the Dedication Award.

Originally from Rockford, Illinois, his prep career was marked by elite success, including an IHSA State Title and an IUSAW Greco-Roman State Title. Caleb’s commitment to excellence extends beyond the mat. He graduated as the 2014 Valedictorian of RLHS and earned Summa Cum Laude honors from Mines in 2018. Today, he balances his coaching duties with a career as a Software Engineering Manager.

Willow joined our wrestling coaching staff in 2026, bringing a deep history with the sport back to her roots. A Standley alumna, she was a standout member of the varsity team during its first three years, competing in the 130 lb weight class. Her dedication as an athlete earned her the Most Improved and Gator Pride awards, ultimately leading her to serve as Senior Team Captain. Currently, Willow is pursuing a degree in Fire Science Technology at Red Rocks Community College.
