Third GRADE

Meet Ms. Ferris

I am originally from Bakersfield, California. I moved to Colorado for college and I do not plan on leaving anytime soon! My favorite Colorado hobbies are rock climbing and camping. I also enjoy traveling, both national and international, because I believe one of the best ways to learn about the world is to experience it.

This is my first year of teaching and I am exited I get to be at Prospect Valley. Throughout my college experience, I served in a third grade classroom at PV my freshman and sophomore year. Then, I got to return to PV to complete my student teaching in third grade. I am thankful to work at a school that supports the values of growth mindset and classroom community that I personally hold to as well.

I am excited to embark on the adventure this next year holds with all of you! It is going to be a wonderful year!
