Hello Patterson family! My name is Emily Gerlach, and I am the Physical Educator for Patterson International Elementary. Two years ago I graduated with a Master's degree in Trauma and Resilience in an Educational Setting, and I graduated with my Physical Education Bachelor's Degree from MSU Denver in 2013. I am headed into my 10th year teaching elementary Physical Education. 9 of those teaching years have been at Patterson. I feel so lucky and grateful to here with my Patterson family.

Teaching and connecting with students along with health and wellness are a HUGE passion of mine, and I truly believe healthy nutrition is the best medicine for EVERYTHING. Which is exactly why I am so lucky to have a career that is a passion.

I am a mommy of two wonderful children and a wife of an amazing husband. We enjoy spending time together, camping, hiking, swimming, lifting weights, anything outside that gets us moving!
