To Do list: 

• Complete the Consent Form

• Complete the Medication Agreement Form

• Read the Outdoor Lab Parent Letter

• Read over the Packing List and begin to gather items. 

• Read over the Outdoor Lab FAQS

• Optional- if your child takes medication the Optional Med form needs to be filled out.
