Class Overview

In this class we will build the foundations of your artistic practice. You do not need any prior experience in art to be successful, because this class is all about learning and growing together. Our focus is not on creating perfect finished works, but rather the process of experimentation and learning from our mistakes. We will explore a wide variety of ways to create artwork, investigate how and why contemporary and historic artists created artwork, and most importantly we will discover our own voices in art so that we can use art as a tool to express ourselves.
