If you are coming to NAMS GT from an elementary GT Center school...
You will need to use the Enroll Jeffco system starting in December to indicate that you would like to enroll at NAMS GT Center.
If you are coming to NAMS from any other school... and went through the GT Center testing process during fall 2019:
Enrolling in a GT Center Program is a 3 step process:
1. Qualify to attend a GT Center Program
2. Apply to Attend One or More GT Center Programs of Your Choosing
Continuing this year, Jeffco is utilizing an online enrollment process that will allow you to apply to one or more Jeffco schools and programs, including GT Center Programs (only qualified students who have gone through the GT Center application process will be considered), neighborhood schools, options schools, and charter schools.
The online enrollment application will be available December 10th-Jabuary 15th, 2020. You will need to login to EnrollJeffco using your Jeffco Connect user ID and password. You will then be able to select any schools and/or programs your student would like to attend. Enrollment applications are due at midnight on January 15th, 2020.
Students who have qualified through the GT Center application process, can apply at any GT Center school. There is no guarantee that space will be available at your student’s grade level and you could be placed on the waitlist. However, based on your home address, your student has been prioritized for enrollment at the GT Center Program at North Arvada
3. Accept One Enrollment Offer (at North Arvada, of course)
On December 23rd, you will be notified by each of the GT Center school(s) to which you applied. Your notification will include detailed instructions on how to accept the offer and relevant next steps. By accepting an enrollment offer from one of Jeffco’s GT Center schools, you will also be accepting the Gifted Center Program Expectations Agreement.
If you would like to come to NAMS GT Center, but did not go through the fall 2019 testing process...
