Red Flags
Red flags warn our body that we may be facing a problem or feeling strong emotions. Examples of red flags are: pounding heart, butterflies in stomach, face on fire, tight fists, fast breathing, clenched jaw, etc. By understanding the red flags in our body, we can better prevent problems and calm our bodies down.
