Hello everyone! My name is Ashlee Hoppe and I am a sixth grade Learning Specialist here at Summit Ridge Middle School. I am thrilled and so grateful to have, what I believe as, the best job in the world. I have worked with all age levels and I love coming to work each day. I am excited to work with you and get to know each and every one of you better. Scroll down to learn a little bit more about me.
I grew up in Littleton and have attended D'Evelyn Jr/Sr High School. For college, I attended the University of Northern Colorado (Go Bears!) where I received my degree in Special Education. I have an endorsement in English Language Arts, Middle School Mathematics, as well as a certificate in Culturally and Linguistically Diverse Education. I will finish my Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction Fall 2024.
Family
I come from a family of seven: my parents and 4 sisters - I am the youngest! I have five nieces and two nephews. I grew up in Littleton. My sisters work in humanities or engineering which was the same for my parents before they retired.
Free Time
In my free time, I enjoy playing tennis and swimming while nannying/tutoring during the summer. I enjoy reading a good book, riding horses, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.
Over the summer I worked on my Master's Degree and will have completed 2 year program in approximately 8 months.
