Learning Specialist

Hi, I’m Zack Whimbush! I’ve called Colorado home for most of my life and am a proud graduate of the University of Northern Colorado. With over 20 years of experience teaching students in grades 6–12, I’m passionate about supporting learners of all backgrounds. This is my sixth year as the Learning Specialist at Wayne Carle, and I’m excited to continue helping both students and teachers thrive.

Outside the classroom, I’m a football coach at Standley Lake High School, a track and field coach at Ralston Valley High School, and a club track coach for REAL Training Central.

I’m looking forward to another fantastic school year—let’s make it a great one!
