Meet Mrs. Ramos

Hi! I'm Amy Ramos. I'm excited to begin my 26th year of teaching! I've been at Red Rocks for 2 of the years and feel so fortunate to be able to teach at such an amazing place. I made the move to 4th grade about six years ago, after teaching 2nd grade for five years and spending many years in 3rd grade!

I was born and raised in Littleton where I attended Jeffco schools growing up. After graduating from high school in 1993, I received my undergrad from Colorado State, then my teaching license and master's from University of Denver.  After student teaching at Westgate Elementary, and finishing my first year of teaching up in Wheat Ridge, I was lucky enough to get hired at Red Rocks!! I was also fortunate to have all three of my kids attend Red Rocks! 

Outside of teaching my 4th graders, I love spending time with my family and friends.  I love exploring the Colorado mountains and relaxing on the beach.  I enjoy hiking, camping, going on bike rides, and just playing games and hanging with my family!
