BACK TO SCHOOL SOCIAL- If you are interested in being on the planning committee for the 2024-2025 school year Back to School Social please contact treasurer@mpeakspta.org
Staff APPRECIATION- Our staff is amazing! We need help providing coordinating breakfast on in-service days, lunch on half days, and help celebrating teacher appreciation week in the spring. We need your help! Contact president@mpeakspta.org if you would like to lend a hand to this committee.
HUG N’ DROP- If you have a few minutes to spare in the morning, we can use your help in getting the students safely out of the cars in the hug and drop line each morning. If you see a gap in the line and have a few minutes to spare hop on in. We start at 7:50 and end at 8:10.
DEWEY’S DASH- This is MPA’s annual fall fundraiser. Children recruit sponsors who support them in this fun run. We are looking for several volunteers for this event for the 2024-2025 School Year. There is a lot of work to be done to be ready for the event in October. The more the merrier Come join the team! Many positions are available. If you are able to support please contact president@mpeakspta.org.
BOOK FAIR- Held in December just in time for the holidays! The Book Fair always decorates the library with its annual theme and Ms. Heather loves having parent help with the class visits and afterschool sales. Contact Ms. Heather hcwalter@jeffco.k12.co.us to help or watch for a sign-up genius to come out in the fall!
SPRING FUNDRAISER- This fundraiser is currently being designed! It will be held in the spring. If you would be interested in helping please contact president@mpeakspta.org
PASSIVE FUNDRAISING- Spirit Wear, King Soopers cards, etc. These are all wonderful examples of passive fundraising that can support MPA. We need your help! Contact president@mpeakspta.org if you would like to lead.
BOOK GIVEAWAY- At the end of the school year, MPA students are allowed to take a book home to keep from the library. Help with setting up and aiding the classroom visits is appreciated! Contact Ms. Heather at hcwalter@jeffco.k12.co.us to help.
PRIMARY SOCIAL- This year the Primary Social will be held at the Lily Gulch Gymnastics Center. This is an excellent opportunity for students Pre-K through Kindergarten to socialize and have a good time with their peers. We do ask that an adult stay with their student due to the ages of the children. If you would be interested in helping organize the event please contact treasurer@mpeakspta.org

END OF YEAR SOCIAL - This year the MPA PTA hosts an End of Year Social to get together as a community and kick off summer. If you are interested in helping with this event please contact treasurer@mpeakspta.org.
