“The grade that your student had on March 12th will be the baseline grade for the rest of the trimester. That grade will remain the same or can improve as long as they continue to engage in their classes. Teachers will continue to grade work for the remainder of the trimester just like they normally would. At the end of the school year, teachers will compare the March 12th grade to the end of the trimester grade, and give your student the higher grade of the two.
