4. Submit the $20 photo placement fee to Mr. Bleckley in A104 by the Friday, October 31, 2025 deadline. Please make checks out to Lakewood High School.

6. If you choose, buy a baby ad through https://theyearbookcompany.com/ by the Friday, October 31, 2025 deadline for the lowest price.

Please submit a 25-word quote with your picture by Friday, October 31, 2025. If you don’t turn in a quote at this time, your spot will be left blank. No initials are allowed and your quote may be edited for length or content. To submit your quote, complete this form.

Each year, the yearbook dedicates several pages for you, parents of seniors, to give your child a final send-off from high school or a final congratulations before they graduate. We affectionately call these special pages “Baby Ads” (and while popular to do so, you’re not required to send baby pictures). More information coming at the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year.
