Maintaining a normal and set schedule is key. Make sure you set aside time to work on each class every day.
Have a designated space to study and complete work online.
Communicate with your teachers if you are having issues or have questions.
Teachers are either using Google Classroom, Edgenuity or Schoology as their online platform. Check their website to see which they use.
To add as a parent to Schoology: Parents can sign in with their parent account they use on Jeffco Connect and/or Jeffco Enroll. If you don't see your student's classes, you can request the teacher to give you the code to the class.

These are the introductory norms and expectations for the use of Google Meet, Zoom or any other online virtual classroom. We are all learning and doing our best, and these may change as necessary to best serve the learning environment.
Silence your microphone before you enter the meeting. This attempts to prevent disruption to what is already going on in the meeting.
Do not present your screen to the meeting without permission.
If you have a question, please write it in the chat feed. If it’s really important, you may unmute yourself and say your own name as a way to get the teachers attention. Please wait to be acknowledged before you say more.
Only use the chat feed for school related business.
When the session is over, hang up. If using Meet, do not use the link or enter the meeting space outside of the scheduled class period for any reason. Everything that occurs in a Jeffco Meet space is saved in the district's vault and can be accessed by administration at any time.
