🌿 Meet Mrs. Hudson!

Hi, Elk Creek Families! I’m Mrs. Hudson, and I am SO excited to be joining the Elk Creek community! This will be my seventh year in education, and I am especially excited as this will be my first year teaching Kindergarten! 🎉 Most of my teaching experience has been in 2nd grade, with one wonderful year in 4th grade. I am looking forward to a new adventure with our youngest learners. Kindergarten is such a special year, and I cannot wait to experience all of those firsts, discoveries, and big little moments alongside your children! 🖍️📚✨

I actually grew up in Jeffco and am a Jeffco graduate myself, so being part of this community feels extra special to me. I graduated from MSU Denver and am excited to return to school in the near future to pursue my master’s degree. 🎓 I have always loved learning and am excited to continue growing as an educator.

Outside of school, I am lucky enough to call Conifer home! My husband, Taylor, and I moved to the area about a year ago, and we have absolutely loved becoming part of this wonderful community. We have two amazing kiddos, Camden, who is an incoming Kindergartener, and our two-year-old, Norah. ❤️ Being a mom is one of my greatest joys, and our family loves spending time together and making memories along the way. 🌲🥾☀️

I have loved getting to know the Conifer community since moving here, and I am so excited that I now get to be part of the Elk Creek community as well! There is something incredibly special about being able to live, learn, and grow in the same space where I am raising my own family.

I am so excited for the year ahead and for the opportunity to get to know each of your children and families. I believe Kindergarten should be a year filled with joy, curiosity, laughter, learning, and lots of growing. I cannot wait to make some wonderful memories together!
