Meet the Team

Welcome! This is my fourth year at Jefferson and 16th year as a special education teacher.  I couldn't be more excited to be a part of the Saints Family! Outside of school, I enjoy reading, running, playing soccer, and hiking. I love spending time with my husband, eight year old daughter, and two dogs.

My name is MacKenzie and this is my third year teaching and third year at Jefferson. I am so happy to be here! I am from Alaska. I love hockey, Dutch Brothers, and coaching and playing volleyball. Go Saints!

I have been at Jefferson Jr/Sr High School for the past 8 years, a Paraeducator for 22 years. I am the proud mother of two adult children, ages 29 and 33. My expensive hobby is baking and decorating fancy cakes. I am a granny of six lovely pets.

Hola, my name is Gloria! I have worked at Jefferson for 21 years! I love working with the team and all of the students. We are respectful and helpful with one another. At home, I like to walk and spend time with my family. I have one grandson, Dominic, and a dog named Montana. 

This is my first year working in education and I'm very excited to start my paraeducator career with the Jefferson family. I love volleyball and am grateful to have the opportunity to coach here as well. Go Saints!

This is my first year at Jefferson and third year helping out in special education. I have an adorable little dog named Maya and love to spend my time doing anything creative.

I have lived in Colorado all of my life and was born in Colorado Springs. I am a very active person that loves sports. After coaching HS football (still coaching at Hinkley High School in Aurora), I found my love wasn't finance, it was out children. I have a son that is 10 years old, so I made the jump to become a paraeducator. The most rewarding part of this job is to see that moment when something clicks in their brains.
