Directions:

1. Go to the Jeffco Help Website

2. Select "Click Here to Login" in the upper right hand corner

3. Use the search function on the main page and type: "Device Support," "Device Software Support," or "Audio Visual" and press enter.

4. Scroll down to the "Service Items" Section and select the term you searched. This will automaticall open a ticket for you to complete.

Note: If you don't know, which category to use default to "Device Support." In addition, if you don't know your model number or serial number, just select other and/or type N/A in the description box. Our techs can determine these numbers on their own.
