The ASVAB includes an aptitude test and interest assessment. The results are used to guide career exploration using ASVAB's career planning tools. This test is also important for any student interested in pursuing the military path after high school. Find more information here.

Practice Information

The PSAT/NMSQT and PSAT 10 measure what you're learning in school, help determine if you're on track, and allow you to learn scholarship information. This test is administered through school and is typically offered twice per year, in the fall for juniors (optional) and the spring for sophomores.

The PSAT/NMSQT version of the test is offered in the fall for interested juniors. This test is the first step in qualifying as a National Merit Scholar. More information about the National Merit Scholarship program can be found here.
