We'll leave Friday afternoon @ 1:30pm so we can preview the course. All state athletes will stay the night so we don't have to drive back and forth or be up quite so early.
The ONLY time schools/team will be allowed on the state cross country course for a walk/run through will be on the Friday prior to the state meet from 3:00 pm and conclude by 6:00 pm. No team or individuals will warm up at the starting area nor enter the stadium arena toward the finish during the walk/run through. Coaches must supervise their athletes.
Race Times:
4A Boys - 9:40am
4A girls - 11:00am
***Athletes may participate in a maximum of 11 meets (excluding Regionals & State). This does not, however, mean that we plan to run athletes in the maximum number of races possible so that we can train appropriately.
