Troubleshooting Tips
Black Screen but Power Button Light On?
Hold down the Power Button (see right for location) for at least 30 seconds.
Release
Wait 10 seconds then Power ON.
Chromebook slow?
Look for Strange Extensions and Uninstall
Games and ad-blockers tend to cause problems
Close unused tabs
Clear your Cache and Cookies periodically
It never hurts to Restart your Device
Hold the POWER BUTTON is on the SIDE of the TechforEd Chromebooks
It is a good idea to completely shut-down your Chromebook weekly
Make sure Chrome is up-to-date
Finally, try to Reset your Chromebook
