Bryant Robert - Art

Welcome back to Elk Creek for our new year in 2026-27! I'm excited to see you all for this new year! This year we will be really exploring and defining new techniques, as well as some project base art units.  Each year we will begin with a new sketchbook for grades 1-5.  We will also be having an art clubs again this year in the Spring. (k-2 and 3rd-5th)  We our currently reevaluating a place for Student Leadership this year. We will notify you if we start in September. More information to come later.  Check the school calendar on the Elk Creek Website for dates when meetings/clubs will be occuring. Art Clubs will be starting in the spring after school.  We will let you know when the sign up starts for that as well. 

Original Works will be happening again this year as well, look for your student's packets around October. 

This year I will dedicate my page to showing student's works in a gallery of current projects.  For future reference, the Jefferson Foundation Elementary Art Show for Jeffco schools will be on March 31st - April18th at Red Rocks Community College. Also, the artist reception will be on two nights, this year we will be separating the student artists into 2 sections, one for each night to help with crowd control. The dates to be determinded at a later date.  It will make the event much nicer to all family members and students. 

Speaking of Red Rock Community College, I will be becoming a student again! I will be continuing my educational journey into the Digital Visual Arts.  Bringing my lessons back to the classrooms.
