Howdy!  I'm Miss Straw and I have a passion for being your student's teacher. I went back to school eleven years ago to earn my Masters in Education at UC Denver and taught grades 3rd-6th.  Most of my teaching years have been with 4th grade and I'm thrilled to work in the community I've lived for the past 11 years.  My daughter graduated from Chatfield High this year and will join her brother at Mesa University who is studying mechanical engineering.  I'm looking forward to cultivating a positive learning experience for your student this year.  Go Stallions!
