Cory Olsen

Coach is entering his 9th year as the Rebels Head Coach, and his 9th year with the program.  In all, coach will be entering his 36th year of competitive golf in Colorado.  Coach plays, caddies and coaches this game at every level.  He still plays to a scratch handicap and competes in amateur and professional events throughout the summer.  When he's not at the golf course, Coach Olsen serves as the Assistant Principal here at Columbine HS.

Coach Olsen was recently named the 2022 Golf Coach of the Year.  Under Olsen the Rebels have produced 2 x world ranked junior golfers, 2 x JGAC state champions, 28 x CHSAA tournament victories, well over 100+ individual medalists, 5 x NCAA players, 17 x All-Conference Selections, 2 x All-State Selections,  3 x Athletes of the Year, and has qualified both individuals and teams for the State Championships in every year of his tenure.  His players have qualified for various USGA majors and the Drive, Chip, & Putt World Finals at the Masters and Augusta National.  His teams have been recognized for various individual and team academic awards.
